How to File a Claim

When something goes wrong, the last thing you need is a complicated process. Here’s how to get your claim started quickly:

Steps to File

  • Describe what happened, when it happened, and the extent of damage or injury
  • We’ll contact your carrier and open the claim on your behalf
  • An adjuster will be assigned and reach out to you directly

Tips for a Smooth Claim

Document everything: take photos, save receipts, and keep notes about conversations with contractors or medical providers. Avoid making permanent repairs until the adjuster has inspected the damage, unless necessary to prevent further loss.
